I built and scaled a 15-therapist practice from the ground up, sold it in 2021 after burning out so completely that an unexpected acquisition offer felt like a lifeline. I'm a sound healing practitioner and EMDR-trained clinician, and everything I teach — the polyvagal work, the regulation practices, the sound healing — is what I actually used to come back from that, not something I read about. EMERGE is the retreat I built for the version of me that didn't know how to stop.
