Picture this: The holidays are fast approaching (again). But instead of drowning in client sessions and endless admin tasks, you’re sitting poolside at a boutique eco-lodge in Costa Rica, finally able to breathe.
The only decisions you need to make are whether to join the afternoon yoga session, take a dip in the pool, or read your book while soaking up the sun on a pristine beach.
This isn’t just another “self-care” retreat.
This is your chance to completely reset your nervous system, recalibrate your mindset, and create a sustainable path forward – all while being immersed in an intimate, transformative container with fellow healers who get it.
When this opportunity was announced, I had a sense that this was a journey I needed to take, and I am so glad I listened to my instincts. The retreat, the space, and all that Gabrielle provided allowed for the most nurturing and eye-opening experience I’ve had in all of my 22 years as a social worker.”

Right now, you’re caught in the burnout loop:
- Your practice is successful on paper, but you’re exhausted in reality
- You’ve tried “self-care,” but bubble baths and meditation apps aren’t cutting it anymore
- You know something needs to change, but you can’t see the forest for the trees
- The very skills that make you an excellent therapist are keeping you stuck in overwork and overwhelm
And the worst part? You’re a mental health professional. You know what burnout looks like. You help others with it every day. But somehow, knowing the signs hasn’t made you immune.
You’ve reached the point where you know band-aid solutions won’t work anymore. You need:
- Deep, nervous-system level reset
- Strategic guidance from someone who’s been there
- Space to step back and reimagine what’s possible
- A container that combines healing with practical business strategy

Hi, I’m Gabrielle Juliano-Villani.
I know what it’s like to run a successful practice that’s burning you out. In 2021, I was running a thriving 7-figure group practice, but behind the scenes, I was exhausted and overwhelmed. That burnout became my catalyst for change, leading me to discover a better way to serve others while honoring my own wellbeing.
After building and successfully selling my practice, I made it my mission to help other healers create sustainable success without sacrificing their mental health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise in EMDR and Polyvagal-informed therapy, I bring a unique blend of clinical insight and personal experience to this work.
But this isn’t just about business strategy – it’s about deep, lasting transformation. My background in sound healing and mind-body techniques allows me to support your healing journey on multiple levels, helping you:
- Regulate your nervous system
- Release stuck patterns
- Reconnect with your joy
- Rediscover what’s possible when you put yourself first
When I’m not leading retreats or helping practice owners transform their businesses, you’ll find me teaching Zumba, traveling the world, or reading psychological thrillers on the beaches of Sarasota, FL. I’ve been featured on NBC News, Spruce Health, and dozens of top industry podcasts, but my greatest joy is creating spaces where healers can finally heal themselves.

He has learned in his experience as a human in the clinical role, that the human comes first, then the professional side. Therefore, he has learned to honor and respect the human part of ourselves first in order to be effective in the profession role. His Depth/Jungian perspective always defaults back to soul work and soul tending (therapy).
He recently has pivoted his practice to ongoing soul-tending from a Trauma-Informed Psycho-Spiritual approaches that include Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experience, Sound healing, and Cultural relevant approaches that honor client’s lived experiences.
“I went into this retreat blindly, but with an open mind. I had never done sound healing or guided meditation before, but found that they were truly the tools I needed. Gabrielle helped me discover the root of my burnout through guided journaling in her workbook. This retreat was truly life changing for me. I was ready to give up on my 20 year career of servicing people because of the burnout. I was gifted the tools I need to move forward in my career and everyday life, which has brought me so much peace upon returning home.”
