Burnout isn’t uncommon for entrepreneurs. We hear about it all the time. It only takes a quick Google search to find millions of results for “business owner burnout.”
However, neurodivergent burnout works differently, and as a business owner who is also neurodivergent, your path to healing from your burnout must also be unique.
Unlike the burnout experienced by neurotypical entrepreneurs, which comes from overcommitting and overworking, neurodivergent burnout is harder to reset from because it also involves being continually overstimulated and having to over-adapt.
This is why we’ve carefully curated a retreat experience for neurodivergent business owners that provides a much-needed safe haven where you can unmask, rest, and recharge. Plus, you’ll discover healing tools and techniques that can be used long after the retreat ends.
“I went into this retreat blindly. I had never done sound healing or guided meditation before, but I found that they were truly the tools I needed. Gabrielle helped me discover the root of my burnout. This retreat was truly life-changing for me.” – Andee Becker
“This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life, and I am feeling so unbelievably fulfilled and supported. When Patrick opens this event up, make sure you book it ASAP!!” – Ashley Hosey
Imagine escaping to the sun-kissed shores and lush landscapes of Belize for five days of rest and healing, where you’re completely supported and free to be fully yourself alongside other neurodivergent business owners.
During this retreat, you can finally step away from over-adapting to a world built for neurotypical people as you connect with other neurodivergent business owners who aren’t asking you to constantly retell your story or explain yourself.
While everything about this experience is planned and designed with you in mind, including intentional sensory soothing time, you’ll also be able to take any and all breaks you need to keep from being overstimulated.
This type of true escape will support you in healing from your neurodivergent burnout. And this is just the beginning of what you will receive!
You will walk away from this retreat with…
- Creative strategies, mindset techniques, and tangible tools to support you as a neurodivergent entrepreneur.
- A deeper understanding of your nervous system and how to regulate it — both on the retreat and when you return home.
- Connections to other neurodivergent entrepreneurs who understand where you are coming from and want to see you succeed.
- A renewed excitement and energy for your business, having taken the time you need to rest, reset, and relax in an environment where you’re fully supported and seen.
